Local Grief Support Groups
A great way to help cope with a significant loss in your life, is to go to a grief support group. This is a great way to speak with others who are grieving, find out how they are coping, and have the opportunity to vent your frustrations as well. Sometimes talking to others who are going through or who have gone through something similar can help a lot.
